Please remember that many of our products are hand-made to order specifically for you. Please allow 7-10 business days for completion of basic candle cover orders. Please allow 10-15 business days for custom sizes. Other off-the-shelf items, such as bulbs, will ship sooner.
Frequently we run Free Shipping promotions but when we don't have one active please note that it is not possible for us to provide advance shipping estimates. This is because we cannot estimate until we know exactly what you are purchasing. To see accurate shipping charges simply add the items to your cart and enter your shipping address. You will see the total in your shopping cart prior to completing your purchase. Please note that all shipments are fully insured against damage or loss. Insurance is included in the shipping charge.
We ship merchandise to locations worldwide, however our online system is set up for U.S. purchases only. If you wish us to ship to another country please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will provide shipping options and estimates based on your order and location.
Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
