Refund policy

Our Refund & Return Policy

Returns will receive a refund of the full item purchase price (not including shipping) on all products with the exception of customized products. Please note that customized products are made specifically for you and to your specifications. Therefore some custom products are non-refundable, others are subject to a 25% return fee. Custom products are clearly labeled as such in the product description and the description will clearly state if the product is non-refundable. If the custom item is not labeled as non-refundable it will be subject to a return charge.

Refunds are issued subject to the additional return requirements shown below.

Return Requirements

  • Beeswax Products: Returns are accepted for up to 45 days from the date of order.
  • All other items: Returns are accepted for up to 90 days from the date of order. Returns on all other products (excluding beeswax) will be accepted for up to 90 days.
  • Returned items must be in original, unused condition, and in original wrapping. We cannot issue refunds for any candle covers that show signs of scorching, melting, or any signs of use.
  • Returned bulbs must be unused and must be packaged in the original, undamaged, bulb box.
  • Due to the very delicate nature of our products please use care when returning. Please pack extremely carefully to prevent damage. We cannot issue a refund for items damaged during return.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless we have accidentally shipped an incorrect item. In this case return shipping charges will be at our expense.
