Replacement 2" tall candelabra socket for chandeliers and wall sconces. These porcelain sockets are more heat resistant and last longer than plastic (phenolic) sockets. The cardboard insulator is included. For safely we recommend replacing old or worn sockets with modern UL listed sockets.
A variety of additional heights are also available
Precaution: Before you attempt to work on the parts of an electric fixture, please remember that you must always disconnect or unplug the fixture from any source of electricity. For chandeliers and sconces we recommend turning off the breaker. Simply turning the lamp "off" may not protect you from an electrical shock. If you are not sure how to safely disconnect your lamp or fixture from its electrical source, you should contact a licensed electrician for further instructions.
