This 25 watt thread spun bulb has a satin finish that is created by spinning the bulb with a silk thread. Also known as a silk spun or a satin spun bulb. Unlike a regular flame tip bulb where the glow from the filament is visible, the resulting light from this thread spun bulb is a unique, warm, gas light type effect.
